A Granny's Story

Nomsa was looking after the children of two daughters and her son. She was often tired feeling to old to look after the children and she felt that she didn't really understand their world at all.

She came to a workshop for grannies in the
Eastern Cape and felt greatly helped exchanging some of her struggles and also her own sadness with others who were in similar situations.

She is much bolder now
not feeling so much like a victim anymore.
