An Attendee's Story

Yesterday after the workshop it was not nice.
It evoked a lot of sad feelings about my father.
I lost my father when I was a little girl. We had a strong bond.

Before he died I was a happy girl, waking up every morning singing.
I liked to make everybody happy.

After my father died, I became aggressive. My behaviour totally changed. I stopped doing the things I used to to do.
I thought life was unfair, not having a father.

But yesterday I felt deep down
that I had swung back to my early childhood.
And then I felt really happy.
Even my uncle noticed that. He commented,
this is the girl I used to be years ago.

I missed that person that I used to be.
Even today I woke up singing.
