As part of the management team, it is important to learn and develop these skills to be a great leader rather than just a manager, who manages a situation rather than encouraging a transformational process that encourages development and real change, allowing each person to reach their full potential and take full responsibility and accountability for their actions.
I recently had the opportunity to attend the course offered by Thoughtsmiths, Transforming Insights Coach Training Programme, which has had a huge meaningful impact in the way I view situations in the workplace and on a personal level.
I found that it had an immediate positive impact on my interaction with staff and in all other interaction, both professionally and personally. The content of the course is not even possible to describe in this short space, just that it has been the most wonderful journey along with the most amazing supportive team from Thoughtsmiths who really do have ability to build people up, make positive change and all round totally inspiring.
